Away Notice

I'm currently away on business and will be gone for the next coming 2 weeks as well. Yes, the madness has begun and it's the first month of the new year. I won't complain. I'm grateful for my job and I'm fortunate enough to love what I do.

So I'm asking for your usual kind patience.

P.S. My second anniversary since starting Slym Pickings passed on the 23rd. I will admit that I was too busy planning my trips to remember. I remember when it was approaching but the actual day, don't be too hard on me. I will see when I can find time to celebrate it the right way with a deserving hottie and of course you, my fans, followers, readers and browsers.

Alcia Keys: Can She Get Any Hotter?!

First blog of 2010, yay! And it's an Alicia Keys blog?! No way! Yes, way! Can you think of another more befitting? Well, you probably could but not me for sure! There's no one else I'd rather start my new year with; heck I'd start everyday with her, in person, if I could. (Most of the images enlarge when clicked so feel free.)








How hot is Alicia Keys? Just when I think to myself that Alicia Keys can't possibly get any hotter she goes and proves me 100% W-R-O-N-G!!! How the heck does she do it? Seriously! How?!






You know what? It doesn't even matter. The most important and delightful thing of all is that she does!!! Whoever is responsible - stylist, manager, personal trainer, chef..., I thank you from the top, bottom and middle of my heart, body, mind and soul; you have my immeasurable and undying gratitude.






Over the years I'd watch an Alicia Keys video and go, "Damn that woman is fine. Mmm mmm mmm." Then she'd make another video that makes me go, "OMG that woman's F-I-N-E!"










When I saw the video for Doesn't Mean Anything, my reaction was, "OMFG, no no, no; it's not possible, there's no way she can get any hotter now; this is it, yes! Knees don't fail me now."






Have you seen her latest video for Try Sleeping With a Broken Heart? (The video has some captioning at the bottom. To remove it just click on the caption button (triangular shaped towards the bottom right of the player window and choose to remove it). Words fail me. She's wearing skin tight purple body suit, clad in body-hugging leather on a motorcycle, hair and makeup done to perfection, her voice at the perfect pitch at all times, her body movements (though not a lot or even intentional) are just on the verge of taking me to ecstasy!!! (I just wish she would have swayed those hips just a few more times...*sighs** but maybe it's a good thing because I'm not sure I would have been able to handle it) Breathe Slym, breathe.




My reaction to this video, if you can call it a reaction, "My lord, somebody... anybody... help me; save me; catch me... *swoon*. Breathe Slym, breathe...








Where was I? Oh yeah, the video... be still my erratically beating heart. Alicia, Alicia, Alicia... mmm, mmm, mmm.








I can't think straight. Of course this could very well be because I'm not, but I blame it all on Alicia and her unequivocal, irrevocable sex appeal.






Shit, I don't even know where to go next with this post. I'm a mess. I'm on the verge of overloading my brain with too many erotic thoughts of Miss Keys all at once.






Seriously, for fucksake, how does she do it? Scratch that. She just needs to keep on doing whatever it is that she's doing. Did I mention that her smile makes me weak in the knees? Well, it does.








Now I don't want to overshadow Keys' raw talent with all of my lustful desires. Alicia is one of the most gifted, talented and versatile artist in the industry today.






She has blazed an indelible path right through the music industry. She's got mad skills on the piano/keyboard and there's no questioning her vocal ability. She's got a set of pipes that goes straight through your soul.




I just have these final things to say to Alicia. If I can't have you, I'll readily settle for you calling me up on a daily basis and reading page after page of the phone book. We will start with the USA then work our way through Europe and the rest of the world *sighs*.






Although right now it seems like it doesn't mean anything because you don't 'even' know my name, I promise you that I'll never let you sleep with a broken heart. I promise that it won't be just another teenage love affair. Alicia, give me the opportunity and I'll be your superwoman; I'll move mountains for you because I know your worth.






If you let me touch your body, you will end up being convinced that I invented sex. I'll make love to you like you want me to and then some.
