Biography:
Kurtley Beale is considered one of the jewels of Australia's impressive backline. Although he played the majority of his early career at fly-half, Beale has settled into the full-back role for the national team. The switch to the number 15 jersey has seen him blossom at both domestic and international level as his counter-attacking ability from the deep makes him a dangerous player.
He is also more than handy with the boot and wrote his name into Australian rugby folklore in 2010 when he kicked a last-minute, long-range penalty to give the Wallabies a 41-39 win over the Springboks in Bloemfontein.
