Megan Fox Totally Rocks!

Megan Denise Fox rocks! She's only been on the scene for a short while (since 2001) but this 22 year old American (of Irish and French ancestry) actress and model has blasted her way into many a bedrooms where posters of her are plastered all over the walls.

How do I know this? Do I have posters of her posted on my bedroom walls? How dare you ask me such questions! Why... why would I? It's not like I have an obsession with the woman or something!

I mean, if others do, then I'm pretty sure that they are justified in so doing. Isn't she worth fantasizing about? Well, isn't she?

So many questions and none of them I'm gonna answer so you can just go ahead and speculate all you want. All I have to say in my defense is that I'm a decent, certainly not whorish, level-headed, self-contained and self-controlled individual. Now what the hell that means is a totally different ballgame altogether. But that's my claim and I'm sticking to it.

Her career came about as a result of her winning several awards at the 1999 American Modeling and Talent Convention in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Talent and model scouts battled to scoop her up after her perfomance in that show.

In 2001 she made her film debut in Holiday in the Sun. Since then she has had recurring roles in Ocean Ave., The Help and Hope & Faith. Her big break came when she starred opposite Lindsay Lohan in Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen in 2004. However, Fox's breakthrough role on the big screen came last year (2007) when she played the role of Mikaela Banes in the live-action film The Transformers.

She has four upcoming movies: How to Lose Friends & Alienate People (Oct 3, 2008), Whore (post-production Oct 20, 2008), Jennifer's Body (post-production) and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (filming).

The first movie falls into the comedy category and also stars Gillian Anderson and Kirsten Dunsts. The second is a drama centered on a few teens who wish to live the Hollywood dream but are faced with the harsh realities of what's involved in order to live that dream. The third is a thriller in which Fox plays the role of a possessed killer cheerleader. The final movie needs to explanation. If you don't know what Transformers is about then take the next train out.

Fox has earned 5 award nominations for her role in The Transformers and 1 for her work in Hope & Faith. These nominations include 1 MTV - Breakthrough Performance, 1 National Movie (UK) - Best Performance by a Female, 3 Teen Choice - Choice Movie Actress, Breakout Female and Liplock and 1 Young Artist - Best Performance in a TV Series (Comedy or Drama) - Supporting Young Actress.

Fox has a rocking bod which is evidenced by her appearance in quite a number of magazines over the years, not to mention being a part of several hot lists. In November 2005 she appeared in a five page spread of FHM magazine. She's posed for GQ, Arena and Maxim. FHM voted her Sexist Woman in the World in their 2008 issue.

Named #68 in FHM magazine's 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2006 supplement.

Ranked #18 on the Maxim magazine Hot 100 of 2007 list.

Ranked #17 on Interview magazines Hollywood faces to watch Future Stars of Tomorrow.

Ranked #16 on the Maxim magazine Hot 100 of 2008 list.

Fox has nine tattoos which include a poem on her ribcage, a symbol for strength on her neck, Brian Green's name on her hip, a picture of Marilyn Monroe's face on her right arm (which serves as a reminder of how "Hollywood can chew you up and spit you out."), one on her right shoulder that says "We will all laugh at gilded butterflies," a line from Shakespeare's play King Lear.
